Return / Refund Policy

We understand, however, if you found a product defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete on time of delivery, we invite you to review the following terms related to return and Refund. In case Ababil Electronics faild to provide ordered product within 30 days of placing order, you may ask to refund the money by mail or contact to our helpline or contact our shop .To complete the refund process It may takes 30 business days after receiving the request.

Conditions to Return:
For any defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete product, you must submit the request within 24 hours of receiving the product, the product must be unused, returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box including the original tags, original receipt, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. Please do not put tape or stickers on the box.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Quality Evaluation:
The quality evaluation process may take up to 2-4 working days once the item reaches our warehouse. The refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and if it is deemed to be a valid return. If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you.

Refund Policy:
Refund policy only applicable if your product is eligible for refund once we have completed the quality evaluation.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
Ababil Electronics reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Ababil Electronics Online Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. After placing the order on/at Ababil Electronics online store, new price (reduction or increase) will not be applicable / eligible for ordered items anymore.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

Shipping & Delivery

As Ababil Electronics Online Store takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the Ababil Electronics Online Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification massage. In-Store Pickup
Ababil Electronics Online Store offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Ababil Electronics Online Store will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Ababil Electronics Online Store may cancel it..

Pickup Contact
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name, Mobile number and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Ababil Electronics Online Store is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Consumers Only
The Ababil Electronics Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Bangladesh Shipping Only
Products purchased online from Ababil Electronics Online Store will only be shipped to addresses in Bangladesh.Terms & conditions applicable.
